I think this domain can be brandable..
it was registered 2 or 3 times since 2000
tell me please what do you think about it

it's hard to say. It could be a brandable name but, even though the words are common, the way they are combined reduces the number of potential buyers.
In Italy people tend to use .it unless they want to be " more international "while in English people don't use " uno " even if they know what it means by now. So your buyer is either an Italian ( or Spanish ) brand wanting to be international or an English brand wanting to paint its brand with some Italianity...

It really depends. As it is you won't probably be able to sell it to a reseller so you will have to consider other options like :
developing it and sell the website
try to sell it to an end user meaning you will have to list it on BB, NR etc and/or emailing all the potential buyers.
This is JUST an opinion so please take it for what it is : an opinion. Maybe I am completely wrong and tomorrow you will be able to flip it for a good profit.

This is what you need:

• a company that has UNO as corporate acronym
• and that sells toys

Otherwise I don't see anything special with this name. IMO it's not a brandable.
I don't see many end users for this one.

I dont think the mix of Uno and Toys (Italian and English) works for this name

I think sticking with one language would be a better. I am not sure if "Uno" is commonly used with english speakers in other countries though, if it is, it might have some value

IMO this name could be developed as an online toy shop. Specializing in toys for very young children plush toys, toys that are designed specifically with safty in mind similar to my first truck. Fisher price toys and the likes. I think the name will need development in order for it to gain any real value as states above. As is I would have to say low to mid xx but with proper development maybe more.

Regardless I do think it has potential

Notice that "Uno" is the name of an american (not italian) card game, which is quite popular, just google it. However Uno refers to one game by the producer rather than the producer itself so I don't think Uno+Toys makes much sense for them to acquire this domain. Still, if you develop it into a toys and games site it might have quite some value imo, also banking on the popularity of the Uno card game and relative SE weight.
