I think you were looking at broad search result. I got 590(local,US) and 1600 (global) result for exact search [public places], and 74000 for broad search. The CPC is low at $0.71 and there are even fewer advertisers. It's a .info with not so attractive stats, so I would say it's reg fee for reseller or minisite developer. Anything more then regfee consider yourself lucky.
