Long story so i will keep it short, i had a domain with Zero Registry (3 years), it came up for renewal i couldn't renew because Zero Registry appears to have done a runner and have no money in their reseller account with Public Domain Registry....
I have rang and submitted support tickets with Public Domain Registry and ALL they would do is say they would contact Zero Registry and tell them to put money into their reseller account...
So as it stands i put money into account so i can renew, Zero has done a runner so even though i paid to renew my domain it wasn't renewed, i keep contacting Public Domain Registry telling them my name is about to expire and so far they havnt actually helped me at all
as it stands i will lose this domain within a few hours probably
what can i do?
do i have any recourse?
EDIT: some more info after another call to PDR i was told to push the domain to another reseller, i tried this the domain no longer shows in my Zero CP, it is listed as "Domain Name - Activate Now (Processing) >> " with the second reseller (clicking link leads to error)
and the whois at PDR says "No results found within our database for danethical.com. If this domain is registered through us, kindly contact our support team."
PDR to this point have been no help
