None at all. I'm so late to pay for my real estate sales agent course I'd sell right now for between 5k and 6k if you'd like a few k drop.
I had a buyer and they didn't pay and left me in a bad bind with my school course date start and I will now be lucky if I can get it in. There's cpa accounts, twitter accounts, business accounts that also go with the site along with a dedicated server as well that is really cheap per month as far as that goes. If a quick sale is made I can stick around a few weeks to help the buyer learn to manage / make it bigger, plus if one wanted I could even help admin it still in my off school hours. You can use this site to push any site / domain you want really so it's a pretty good thing plus it earns per month. The cpa publisher just aquired said forcing free members to do a cpa offer to gain their cashout is fine too. Big well known cpa company.

If you were to buy that cheap from me, put a few k into it you'd have a million dollar machine. Have a look at neobux.com .. Same principle, but they have no cpa system.. They've paid out over 7 million USD inside a year. A bit of love and care and you have something that can dominate.
Then again the buyer could do anything they wanted really since it is a brilliant domain name .. Ranks number one for paid on time and on the first page for get paid on time in google with Results 1 - 100 of about 272,000,000 for paid on time. (0.39 seconds) Since there is no mass debt and massive traffic a buyer could really do anything they want with this. It's up to the buyer but either way has potential. What is the first thing a person looks up when their boss doesn't pay them on time?
