Established Proxy site, steady traffic, need to sell fast

The proxy is called Got Proxy and is a CGI proxy website that receives 6,000+ unique visitors per month, and around 65,000+ hits. There are no advertisements on the site so assume no revenue. Site is about 4 months old.
