Keep in mind that the revenue (AdSense) stats are from the first day the proxy was started; averages have increased a lot since then. Adversal was started later than the proxies opening, so there would be more revenue to report.

I recently changed myproxy.us's layout and it has gotten much better CTR. I can add a new screenshot in a few days to show how much it has improved.

Stats: AdSense is the hits on the homepage; Adversal is hits on the proxied pages. I put Adversal on late in November so that's why it has a low number of hits. I have not done any advertising at all in a month or more. I can provide better stats to serious buyers via PM.
