Hi there,

I have decided to sell my proxy site proxbot.com

The site is under a month old and its averaging $10 a day. It has another 3 weeks to go on proxy.org. An ad I bought from there worth $250.

Thats where most of my traffic is coming from. Also on Monday i have scheduled a 3 day myspace bulletin advertisement which targets 100,000 people. So expect the traffic to be even more!

So naturally the statement i made above (site makes $300 /mo) is accurate as my proxy.org 1 month ad will make this possible for a month. Then it is up to the owner as to which path he/she takes in advertising this site.

As you can see the revenue has grown alot since i have bought the ad on proxy.org.
The reason the earnings have dropped today because i have implemented a rotation script which rotates my YPN and Adsense ads (One showing above the textbox and 1 showing below). The ad above the textbox generates more clicks. I WILL UPLOAD MY YPN TO PROVE THIS.

I apologize i cannot show any stats prior to this as i moved to a new server because of the traffic i was generating.

The site is also Gzipped so it saves ALOT of bandwidth as you can see from the stats.

if you spend 250$,- on advertising and make $300,-, your profit is $50,- right?
so 7 month revenue it would be $350,- or I am missing something?

$80 in 2 weeks ive been making $10 a day for under a week... but that will go on for a month now.

i dont intend on spending $250 EVERY month, i have advertising strategies for this site. I will not disclose any of it unless a serious bid is made.

warning - YPN does not allow their ads at all on a proxy site - even the index page.

and i tried the proxy and it doesn't work (at least right now). the index page loads but you get a error page when trying to surf via the proxy.

Ill be glad to take it down if i have seen proof.

I will see to these issues right now, i can see what you mean. But i only witness these errors during peak time. They seem to be happening more often.

there is no specific mention in the TOS but i've seen several threads on DP where people emailed YPN and they reply was that they do not allow their ads anywhere on proxied pages - even the index page.


note - i went back to DP and checked on a bunch of posts...there seems to be inconsistent answers on this - some people say YPN has specifically said they do not allow their ads on proxies and some say they have gotten the okay from them. I guess the best thing to due is email them direct to verify if its okay.
