who is it hosted with and what are hosting costs?

You'll need your own server for this, as like other proxies it's quite resource intensive. I have it on a budget server (1.8GhZ processor, 512MB ram), with about 20-30 other pretty high traffic sites. You could possibly host it on a shared server, but they'll probably ask you to take it down.

This site is aimed towards someone who already has a server for their other sites.

What kind of bandwidth are we talking here? I need to make sure theres actual profit to be made

cPanel has recorded 700MB of bandwidth, but the server's router recorded about 100GB.

It's quite profitable for me, since I would be paying for a server with or without novaproxy on it.
