Should I develop? what are my options reselling this name?

The keywords are good but it's .info and long, especially for a .info. Buyers are in general more forgiving when it comes to long .com domains. To a reseller my guess is low - mid $xx.

The domain alone is not worth much; low xx IMO. A .info with 4 words doesn't bring much value and is not an easy sale. I wouldn't suggest you to develop this domain - Search Engines would take a long time to index your site and no one likes to remember long domains.

I think so...Long domain and INFO is pretty much worthless.
