Affiliate: zZounds which are amazing. I have been using them for quite some time now and they always pay on time. The commission is 6% on all sales but gets even higher with their bonus system. I have made some very nice commissions since i've been with them. Each click yields a 60 day cookie. They also offer free shipping on almost every product.
Ads: The site has AdSense on it currently. I can change this to YPN, AdBrite, or any other advertising program for the winner.
