I would guess there is NO license to show these videos. None. Showing a video of any movie, sporting event, tv show etc that is copywrited typically is legally not allowed. Especially for free.

That isn't to say that these sites are not worth anything, because they typically make some ok money on ads, but that by NO means makes them legal.

I also am NO authoricy on this matter, so if anyone wants to dispute me, feel free.

I believe this is in alignment with the policy of displaying arcade games from your own site....developers or owners of each respective flash game or video actually do encourage you to do so.

This helps them spread their brand virally as these media have ads promoting their main site or business...

I am, like TheBulldog, no authoricy on this matter either. But I cant believe that showing a movie in your site, without having licens or paying for it, is something the moviemaker would encourage?

I read in the news for a month ago or so, that a UK-citizen, who got around 2-3 years of jail, because he showed tv-channels on his website.

Thats why I asked in my previous post, if the licens or rights to show them was included in the price. Because I dont think Zalaki is doing anything illegal, who would be stupid to try to sell anything illegal in a forum?

What I think is that, if there is no licens or rights involved in above mentioned website, then Zalaki must be in a country where this kind of website is legal.

Thats why I ask, I am not trying to say negative thing to ruin a sale. I would be interested in buying for that price if the licens/rights are included, but I would like documentation before I decide.

I started the site not really looking into if the website had anything illegal on it, just because I am not linking to download the videos. I am only using the embed code from the sites the videos are from, and from other movie sites with the similar content to my site, and their are loads of them.

So I can say, it may be illegal but if it was, then Megavideo, Veoh, Youtube would be the sites to get into trouble for allowing the content to be available right?
