Hello guys, I am new to all of this

So I bought a domain and I am going to send offer to some clients
I read somewhere that we shouldn't use gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. Email services because they look so unprofessional

I own one domain name which I used for my own stuff, it's boxitdev.online, I planned to use that email service or protonmail.com, there is also an option to buy a subscription on protonmail and have myusername///@///pm.com

Should I use my own domain for email or protonmail with or without a subscription for pm.me?
Or suggest me something else mail service which look professional

Use phone and contact the decision makers...
Email outbound is very weak method.
