Professional Logo Needed $40

I need an appealing yet professional looking logo for a online nursing & allied health student's forum: http://www.myonlinenursingdegree.com/forum/

The color scheme needs to work with the forum skin we'll be using--

Online Nursing & Allied Health Student's Forum

I plan to run rotating banners in the top right of the top section so logo design size must leave ample room for 468x60 banners still.

Wow, nice progress so far, thanks everyone!

So far my partner & I like #4 the best.... but I think I'd change the allignment of the text if it were me to place "Online Nursing Students" on line one up near the upper portion of the blue hand.... then put "Allied Health Students" beneath that--
And put "Discussion Forums" on the 3rd line...

I think it could all be alligned & fit?? Interested in seeing it that way if possible..

any others?
