Type of Contest : Logo Design - Backyardville
Prize : $150
Contest End Date & Time : June 1st at 8 PM CST
Size Requirements : Around 350 x 80 (exact size can vary)
Color Requirements : Open to suggestions and recommendations.
General Requirements : Logo text - "Backyardville". Looking for something clean and professional. Do not want the logo to look cartoonish or childish.
Additional Information : The logo will be used on an informational website which is all about backyards and related products. Some possible ideas to incorporate into the logo include (but definitely not limited to) a fence, trees, grass, family, etc.

Feedback for everyone:

- Try integrating a graphic of a tree in the logo. Instead of a house behind the fence try a tree
- Use lower case 'v' in 'ville'
- The leaf in the 'i' of 'ville' was clever. Try using that in your designs
- Leave all revisions in the thread

@Mylene Delis (Post #16) - Add more vertical fence pickets to the fence icon - 3 or 4. Try a version with only vertical pickets as well. No horizontal lines.

@kraman.157 - Not feeling your latest designs.

@irah - 'V' should be smaller case. Like the icon in 'Logo1'. Try different colors and fonts.

@Normax (Post #20) - Try a few different color variatons.

@Normax (Post #21) - Not feeling this one.

@bashariqbal - Make the 'V' smaller case. Square off the bottom of the icon / fence. Need a circle or some type of border around the icon.

@Mylene Delis (Post #23) - Not feeling these.

@iulia87 - The 'b' is hard to see. Not sure people will get it.

@Iulian M - Looks too cartoony.

@NameFu - Icon / graphic is too complicated. Like how the leaf is integrated into the 'i' in 'ville'.

@Aspiring Billionaire (Post #27) - Not professional enough.

@DesignPros - Not feeling this one

@Uttam - Need a more horizontal layout. Like how the fence is 3D (larger pickets to smaller ones). Try making a corner where you have several pickets getting smaller from the other side.

Hi @star2323 Was able to come up with one design with a couple versions (open to feedback). Also about to start a new idea. Will try post them later today or tomorrow before end time.
