I have not been able to access my Sedo account to update prices on my domains for 2 months now.
When I try to login using Chrome, I get this message :
"This page isn’t working
sedo.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
When I try to login using IE, I get this message :
"308 Permanent Redirect"
But nothing else on the page.
Clearing my browser and even rebooting my computer does not fix anything.
When I try to call them. It just beeps like it's going to voicemail, but then a message says they are busy and hangs up on me without evening giving an option to leave a message.
When I try to access their live chat, I get this message :
"We’re sorry, our Live Chat is currently not available. We are happy to take your request via email. Please use the “Ask a question” tab to send us your request.
Chat hours are listed below.
Monday - Friday: Closed
Saturday: 09:00 PM - 10:00 PM EDT"
Sunday: Closed
Notice that is says their live chat is only open one day a week, on Saturday.
I guess my only option is to send emails and hope for a response. Not really a viable option for managing a marketplace where BIN listed prices are enforced.
How many of you are having this problem and have you had success fixing it?
