Please help with domain transfer

I have ordered some domain transfers from different registrars to Moniker. I have entered the correct auth codes but the orders remain pending for weeks and in Pending Transfers, the status is "Error code: 2201 - Authorization error"

I asked for help from Moniker support, but they only cancel the pending transfers with the status "Error code: 2201 - Authorization error"

I remember before the introduction of auth codes, losing registrars used to send emails. Now I have ordered several transfers but never received any email from losing registrar.

Please help

From my experience, that failure usually means that the outbound-registrar has LOCKED the domain. Ask the seller to UNLOCK it and try again.

Another method would be to contact Moniker's customer service to intervene on your behalf.

Thanks. No my domains are unlocked and active. I hope someone can help me here. Or I will contact Moniker support again.

I don't think PendingTransfer appears in whois
