I bought a domain using "buy now" option on namejet two weeks ago.
Order was successful and I got email containing information that EPP code will be provided within 7 days.
It's been two weeks since order and I still did't received EPP code.

I have contacted namejet support center, but they are asking me for patience and not giving me any more informations.

please if someone can advice what to do in this situation.

yes since they merged with snapnames, but not on all domains. i don't know how they choose which domain will have buy now option. domain i bought was first on backorder by me for few months, then sudenly i received a message from snapnames that i can buy it for fixed price. i went to namejet and saw that there is same by now option and bought domain from dame because i know that they are same company as enom.

This would not have anything to do with the SnapNames integration as that only affected dropping domains. The buy it now inventory on NameJet is offered through Afternic. Let me know the domain name and I'll look into it for you.

domain has been bought by me through user dashboard on namejet with option "buy now"
domain is visible in that same dashboard on NJ when you look in :my domains:->:instant purchases:

strange thing, when i look in dashboard registrar is namejet.com but when i check whois for that domain, it says registrar is enom

I don't know what's happening, why I have to wait so long to get EPP code?

I don't have your NameJet user name or the name of the domain. Without this info, we cannot investigate.

I have received EPP code few hours ago and now I am trying to transfer domain to godaddy and there is another problem. Admin mail address is DNESCROW[at]AFTERNIC.COM and godaddy is sending some transferring id's to that mail address instead of mine. This is my first domain buy and I don't want to screw it up. Do I need to contact afternic to request admin mail update so I can receive transfer ID's from godaddy and initiate transfer or there is other way?

Sorry for not revealing domain name.... plase understand
