Problem with Namecheap !

Hey guys I need help, I sold a website to a guy and unfortunately when I was about transfer my domain I logged into my account on namecheap and it was was locked! the reason why is because paypal was requiring me to do a confirmation process with them (address,phone number,scan piece of id) which I did except add a bank account at the same time they put payments on hold but now namecheap wants a $50 chargeback fee, I offered to pay the domain a alternate way but she gave me this response!

You haven't resolved the issue with Paypal in time.
Please refer to Namecheap.com - Registration Agreement (Item 11.Payment.) for further details about our Policy regarding chargebacks.

The fee is not the point to be discussed. If you don't intend to pay the fee the domain will be disabled

The problem is the site I sold costs as much as the chargeback fee!

Does anyone know a person which can help me solve this problem?

Hmm but I didn't gain any experience paypal f'ed it up and the blame shifted on to me, I'll call their support to see if I can get compensation later on but I doubt it.
