Domain Sale Scams and Namecheap

I am in the process of selling a domain for $200 and have already received a PayPal payment for it. The domain is registered at Namecheap and I am going to push the name to the buyer shortly. However, I have heard about scams in which the buyer issues a chargeback shortly after the name is transferred, leaving the seller with neither his domain nor his money. In almost all of these cases Godaddy has been the registrar involved and has done nothing to help the seller, but does Namecheap work with sellers who have been scammed this way to get their domains back? Is Namecheap as bad as Godaddy in these instances, or wil getting my name back if I'm scammed be easy?
