registrars Problem with a transfer of a domain

Hi everyone,

I wonder if you could help me.

I'm trying to transfer a domain from Namecheap to Godaddy, but I can't.
The domain is 1 year old, so no 60 days lock, it's not expired, nothing.

Now what happened : I've put this domain on a Godaddy auction EVEN IF the registrar was still namecheap, then it got sold. I thought great, now I transfer it to godaddy and then I transfer to the buyer, but I can't. Could it be for the above reason that 'created confusion' ?
