Does anybody know how to cancel a .pro reg domain name with EnCirca and within what time we can do it? Their Phone service is worst.. Called them some 20 times.. No Answer.. just goes to the voice mail.

I dont think you can cancel a domain purchase. Verisign registry supports "domain tasting" for their offerings, and some of the registrars do as well for .com, but as far as I know it's completely optional for registries and registrars. Maybe Affilias does, otherwise Verisign may be the only registry that supports this.
