Private registration

I currently have all my domains at godaddy and I have no complaints, I like having them there however the private registration is $9 for a year, and I could register a whole new domain for nearly that so my question is, is there a cheap or free alternative to this but still get the same service it provides??

There are better registrars which offer it for free or for next to nothing. Moniker only charges a $1 for privacy & they are superior to Go Daddy.

I'd recommend POBox.org, they are a flat monthly fee for as many domains as you want and they offer far more protection than a registrars whois privacy.

At $300 a year I couldn't afford that type of privacy

I used to be with Cheapville and moved out because of the $7/year privacy charges, as you said, I can buy a new domain with that.

I now get free privacy for all my domains at Internet.bs

Last thing idd want is to get privacy if i were doing something against the law. Just to protect my self from annoying kids :P
