Private auctions at Dynadot Question

Anyone else here been involved in a private auction at Dynadot? I was in a private auction today and I didn't win which is okay, but they refuse to even tell me what the winning bid was. That doesn't sound right to be. If I am an active bidder in the auction, I should be able to see what the final bid was that beat me or am I wrong for this? How about @Dynadot
