i own amateurskater.com

i am looking to make it a skate boarder/ rollerblader community
with a forum, media section(videos and pictures, that users can rate the submited items,) and will have monthly contests that they vote for a winnner
want to have news script that i can post to, want a really catchy design. programmed in php, need myphpads intergrated for easy advertising management, would like to have my shoppingcart, X-CART intergrated, and a matching design for it made. user information displayed on the front page, ie: whos online etc,
top 5 or 10 videos and pictures displayed as links and the most viewd picture and most viewed movie displayed as a thumbnail, 10 latest threads started. and pretty much anything else that would fit, need a logo designed,

remember i am just looking for pricing now, this project is still in the planning phase.

also, need pricing on 1 way links to my site, need about 2,000 back links

need a few banners desgined too, avg size ones.
