Want to develop a site like twitpic.com!

I am looking for simple script where people you can upload pictures and give a description on their uploaded picture.

Also this site needs to have a UI where you have to sign in in order to upload pictures and comment on other peoples pictures.

I should also be able to limite the size up the upload and all pitures needs to be cropped to the same size when displayed then enlarged when clicked on.

Each picture should be able to display number of views per picture, you should also be alble to see a display of more pictures from this user"

You should also have the ability to "email this pic to a friend" "share this pic" and "embed this pic on your website"

Basically, I need a clone of this site http://twitpic.com

Also what is the timeline associated with the price.

Looking to get this project started asap
