Quick project with good pay

Hi,

I have a quick project that I need to be completed, but I'm willing to pay more than what's fair if I can find the right person to complete it.

First, please be available to start immediately and have it complete soon after. The project in whole should take about 2-3 hours to complete.

Requirements are pretty simple, i need a sidebar created for one page and icons to be implemented. The icons are already complete and will be provided to you. You may need to stylize a custom border.

Secondly I need a pricing/packages table to be converted from psd to css and implemented onto an existing page.
