Previous sale prices - Where to check?

Hi everyone,

First time posting, but I've been reading about domain names on here. Thanks for all the valuable advice and resources.

I have a quick question. Is there somewhere concrete where you views prices of premium domain sales?

I realise godaddy's domain appraisal is unreliable (seems to be inflated for a lot of searches to me), but are their "Comparable domains sold" legit?

I have seen discrepencies between what godaddy and namepros report. Which should be trusted?

Godaddy sales data is correct and represents the average.

Average as a standard is looked down upon - however if you look closely you will see it's perfectly efficient.
