I like it, I think it's a nice page; it's laid out well and I like the voting option.
As for value, I don't see it being much. Once the election is over there's no purpose of the domain really. Even when someone wins they won't be searching for 45th president.

But I think it's a unique page and you might have some potential for ad revenue until the election.

Why not? Its a brandable name for current president/political news, and can be a biography site after that Thanks for your review

it's 45th.us, and that can be anything.

so, in that respect, it has no obvious value that differentiates itself from..... 46th.us or 39th.us or 16th.us, etc.
