.tv Premium .tv's disputes

I was looking through the list of Premium .tv's available.

There were a few one word dictionary words available that have tv channels and programs as the one word already. Whats the legal position and should .tv be allowed to sell domains at these prices if there is going to be legal problems?

THey can set whatever reg fees they like. If you think a TM then don't reg they are not a reseller they are running the registry big difference.
