Probably mid-high $XX. In this case, it would have been better to grab the .org if it was/is available. This would be good for some organization.

low xxx - mid xxx for the entire package IMO.. I'd presume the .org would be the preferred for any organization but it helps if you have all 3, of course.

I know that the .org portion of my GuardOurBorders (.org, .com, .net) gets more traffic than the others.

Probably true with this one as well.
