I bought this domain roughly 18 months ago when my girlfriend was pregnant, with the initial intention of developing it as a community for mums and dads to be able to interact with eachother, get help/advice and share experiences.

Anyway as you can tell from the front page I never got around to it, infact the 'Due Date' still shows last year...

When I bought the domain it was PR3, it then shortly dropped to PR1... and then jumped up to PR5 as you see it now.

I had a look at the backlinks that got this pr5 and unfortunately they appear to be a sponsored sitewide from one site. I have doubts about the durability and value of this pr.

On a more positive note the picture of the rugrat is rather nice - is it original and does it come with the site?

I can 100% guarentee you that Ive paid for no links on this domain... feel free to contact whichever site it is that is linking to MyRugrat and he or she will also confirm this im sure. If theyre paid then its from over 18months ago (and probably longer considering you dont generally buy backlinks for a domain youre going to sell) and so its more than likely that the links will remain on the site.

The images are original, I ran a competition for a logo to be designed (it was my first planned website and logos were more important to me than actual code/design hehe) - they can be included depending on the final selling price.

Boomer i wasn't trying to say that the links were paid for (although they are listed under "sponsored links") just that they all come from one site. I am surprised to see that sitewides still pass so much pr as I had thought that google was only counting one or two links from each site these day.

I would say that I think the name is excellent and the logo alone worth $60 so at that price it is a bargain even without any page rank.
