PR6 domain for sale

I am being forced to sell a domain that i brought for some extra cash for a upcoming website of mine, the domain is modernstreet.com, traffic is minimal at the moment, i was planning on using it for my network of websites although i need some cash :\ so i'm selling. The domain is registered at DomainSite (free push). It was previously a PR6 when there were no outgoing links, but it dropped to PR5.
