Reason for sale is I no longer play madden, nor have time to update the site with information.
The site is roughly 6 months old, and makes $10 a month from adsense on average. I feel the site could make more, if someone had time to optimize it and put a constant flow of fresh content up.
The domain is PR4 with a PR2 vBulletin forums. Comes with 1 Paid vBulletin skin, and roughly 8-10 custom skins, that represent NFL Team colors.
vBulletin is not included with the sale as it is a leased license, I no longer have a need for it, so if you need to use it till it expires, we can work something out.
Blog is powered by Wordpress and the revoultion sports theme. Makes use of the AIO SEO Pack (All-In-One-SEO) and all articles are optimized.
The domain is at GoDaddy. Free push to all GoDaddy.com Accounts
The site receives roughly 5k uniques monthly, and uses under 5GB of transfer. Its currently hosted on my VPS and you will be given 10 days to move the site. cPanel hosting incase it matters, or we can work out a hosting arrangement.
