I am currently looking to link exchange with a well-established site.
Rules:
- Site must have a PR of at least 1.
- Site must not be under construction
- No more than one popup (unless you're a site that gets many many hits, I'd be willing to pass on that)
- Must be search engine friendly, of course
- Link must be added sitewide, like most websites; not on a "links" page.
Your link will be added sitewide in the "Affiliates" section as well.
