Hi Guys, I'm looking for 1 domain name with the following criteria:

• PR3 or PR4 (No fake page rank, I will check)
• Preferably a popular niche (like internet marketing, tech, health, sports, travel, finance)
• .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz extensions only
• Min domain age 1yr
• Namecheap registrar preferred but Godaddy is fine too (privacy enabled a plus)
• Healthy backlink profile. I’m not interested in PR domains with 0 or crap backlinks.
• NO TM issues
• Asking prices only please
• $25-$125 budget
