I just picked up an expired valid PR3
Now what should I do?

Park it and hope it gets traffic. Did you check to see if it has any backlinks? SEOLogs has a good backlink checker and so does PageRank.net.

thats so/so - You "Should" get some traffic. Depending on how good those backlinks are will depend on the rest.
