REALLY nice stats, but the value mainly depends on the revenue. Naturally, the potential is also important.
Could you add some revenue data?
Without it, I'd say about mid-high $xxx.

how do i add revenue proof? i earn on average 20-30 cents with adsens sometimes its more, sometimes less, but i don't have a lot of ads on it, only 1 link unit and a small 125*125 ad on the left, i'm afraid to get banned for a lot of ads. I think it would be more if some banner size ads are placed....

You should try to place some affiliate banners, or, if you don't want to put too much work into the site, you can always park it. I have some proxy domains with high traffic, and they deliver about 50 cents a day. You might try Parked.com, or any other parking site.
