Hi,
I'm selling this PHPlinkdirectory because I need money for my other projects.

It has a Google PR1 and the Alexa rank is around 140k and improving.
The site accepts links and articles. The reason why I don't have thousands of links and articles submitted is because i'm being very selective as I don't want to let any junk in. I also won't approve submissions if the webmasters don't confirm their sites. Of course the new owner can change this policy and have a lot of links in the directory as we get at least 40-50 new submissions everyday.
I haven't done any aggressive monetization like you can see on other similar sites, but i had a few clicks on adsense and a clickbank sale last month. But this can be improved by experimenting with the different adsense positions.
The site also has the feature to charge for submissions, recurring payments can be set.
