PR of Domain

hey guys,

Would anyone plz guide me on how to increase the PR of any domain. i also noticed that PR of sites like msn and yahoo are PR9, wich is really funny. Becauz if they are 9, then what does it take to get a PR10.

Buy some backlinks on a site that has high PR.
Also there are alot of good threads about PR here. Just do a search.
