PR 5 on a site wit nothin'...

I just put a page up on PC101.com (work in progess) and what I don't understand is why it has a PR5 already. I ain't complaining mind you! I'm just wondering why!

I checked the WayBackMachine and there doesn't appear to have been developed there... ever.. according to Archive.org So, it doesn't appear to be left over from a previous site.
