I am considering my pr 4 site http://www.httparticles.com, the site have more than 12K articles.

The site is averaging 152 unique a day... income not good yet...

Yes people submit their article on it.... I am not aware how many articles submitted daily or monthly.

As I stated in my first post the site is not yet making that much income....

What's involved in the administration of the site? Do articles have to be approved before they're available or are they immediately available?

Is it some sort of CMS, a custom script or what?

Most of the back link are natural... the site get 100+ weight from the coop I guess. And I submit also this to more than 100 free directory and hope fully when backlink updated they will be included.

About the question if I am willing to help transfering the site, yes I am, transfering this big of site take atleast 1 day or more to complete specially the database is big.

Yes... You can provide your own template , it is a php script and mod rewrited so changing the template is very easy.
