The site is like 4 months old. And it reached PR 1 in its first update. I'm selling it because I don't have too much time to work in it.
You'll have full database and template.
I haven't monetized the site too much, I only added 2 affiliate banners.
I got a referral with AW.Surveys ($1.25) and $0 revenue with backlinks.com and $0 with 000webhosts, but I received 2 sign ups (worth $10), but they didn't confirmed their accounts.
The site has very good traffic. Mostly US traffic.
