Well does Paypal have a toll free number , i'm from a different country (india) and the number provided by paypal is a US number which ate my 10 mins for their f'****g ads show , is there a worldwide toll free number by paypal ?

Can you use the service known as Skype to call them? All you need is a microphone. I know calls to the U.S. are free til the end of the year. I don't know if you can use the service from your location. It is worth a shot.

You can use Skype you will just need credits because you aren't in the US. For this year it's US to US for free.

I still recommend email. It takes up to 24 hours for a reply.

Humm... friend I am also from India. I called them once. And then waited for 12 minutes listening to the music :D

Then the lady on the other hand could not hear properly what I was saying

So she just said that sorry sir I cannot hear you properly and hung up.

Again waited for 17 minutes from another phone this time. Got connected got transfered and again listened to the music for 4 minutes more. They were not able to understand my accent and I was not able to catch theirs. :D

But atlast my problem was solved.

It might take a while to get through but when you get connected to someone over there, the problems are solved

paypal give reply in 1-2 days. Try that is the only and best solution.
