Pouring water in flash?

This is a project for my web design class. Only problem is we are made to teach ourselves the whole concept of web design because our teacher goes here's a project off of the top of his head and wants us to create whatever it is.
This project is a bottle of anything with liquid in it pouring into another container. So wanting to keep it simple I came up with the idea to use a big picture of Voss water I found and have it pour into a glass.

I was wondering how I would be able to get water to pour from the bottle to fill the glass? I looked around for tutorials but I keep getting the same exact ones for water effects and not making actual water.

you'd wither have to hand draw it, or do some really complicated maths, or split the water into loads of cricles, and pour them in.
