advice PotDomains Signup is Broken

I'm trying to signup with potdomains to list a few cannabis related domains but I'm getting following error after I complete the registration form:

A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1048

Column 'lastname' cannot be null

I contacted them but there was no reply back since last week.

Is this happening to everyone?
