Posting pictures and video on the same site ?

I am looking for a script, or maybe an example of a site that posts pictures and videos together. I don't necessarily need them on the same page, but I would like the option of being able to upload a picture or a video.

Kind of like Youtube/Facebook. The users will have their own username/password and will have the options to posting video clips or photos.

Thanks for these links. I actually like all of them, but since I am not a savvy developer yet, I might stick with the free stuff, till I know what I am doing.

Are there any free scripts to get your feet wet?
