Possible Issues?

I just registered VisaProblem.com, and I want to develop it into a small community site where people can discuss visa problems and get help as well. How safe is doing this? Visa (card) is trademarked I think, but I want to use this name for 'visa' as in NOT the card, but the dictionary word. Is this domain name completely 'safe' or might I have to face legal issues? Just playing it safe by asking, thanks.

If the purpose is to discuss immigration/residence visas you are safe.
'Visa' being a generic word the TM applies within a certain context.
