Hi,

Just after a bit of advice, I have been searching on Go-daddy and there is a domain name that is the same name as a large hotel in romainia , the hotel in romainia has the .ro version, do you think they would snap my hand off for the .com? Has anyone done this kind of thing before?

If you mean "snap off" in like chop off your hand, then yes.

The reg would most likely be looked at as bad faith.

Not worth the hassle IMHO.
