The site value is for domain and traffic. With the domain and the traffic that it has you are able to promote the site and make much more than $40/month

If you are not willing to pay $350, you can always bid $100 that is the minimun i am willing to accept

this is a rather silly question since in 10 months you can have your money back and more, if u develope it some more then tou can make more money.
Usually a live website with revenue gets sold for mnore than 12 month revenue.
