Hi

If there is a popular domain say site1.com which is not showing as TM or R can I register site1.co.in or co.uk and have totally different website up and running.

What if it is TM or Regitered but it does not show as TM on the website. Can u still potentially own some other country tld, with same Domain name.

Eg. Can I own GoDaddy.co.in ( if available) and sell domains on that site.

Comments appreciated
Thanks

IMO, I wouldnt wanna try and start a website based on someone else's name
to me it just dosent look right. Be creative and think of your own name.
the internet is wide open for all kinds of fresh new ideas.

Well, no, because GoDaddy is a registered TM.

You don't want to have the same name as a company you would compete with.
